Cancellation Policy – Non-refundable
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation at any time if they cancel.
- If the guest does not show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Check-in Time / Check-out Time:
- Check-in: 15:00-16:00
- Check-out: 10:00-11:00
**In the event that guests wish to stay longer in the apartment, the reception is informed 48 hours before departure, and depending on availability, the apartment is granted between hours and an additional amount of money upon consultation.
At Check-in:
Guests of each apartment are required to:
- ID for those visiting from abroad,
- IDENTITY & TIN for those visiting from Greece.
- In addition, at least a mobile phone number and an email are required.
Housekeeping hours:
11:00-16:00 (Every day or every other day, after requesting the housekeeping manager)
Quiet Hours:
There are no entering/exiting hours You can enter/exit the property whenever you want, respecting the quiet hours during lunchtime (3:00-5:30pm) and evening hours (11:00-7:00).
Services:
Luggage storage after communicating with the reception manager at least one to two days before departure from the accommodation.
Rooms:
Non-smokers rooms
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the accommodation, except outside – balcony.
Linels/Towels:
- Bed linen and towels are available (large/white-body, small/white-face, small/grey-feet).
- It is expressly forbidden to mistreat and use towels and bed linen outside the room.
Security:
- Key-card access
- Fire extinguisher
- The area is externally monitored by a closed security circuit in order to protect people and goods.
Damages:
In case of damage caused to the accommodation due to broken glass, damage to furniture, sanitary items, a one-time monetary compensation is required at the accommodation.
Internet:
Wi-fi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking lot:
Free public parking, in the area around the accommodation, reservation is not possible.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Events:
Parties and various types of events are not allowed.
